Entry 56/365
Surely he is not Virginia Wolf but this image shows how I feel when I lose my center.
With praise.
From the Latin, literally "with praise," from Latin cum "with" + laude, ablative of laus (genitive laudis) "praise".
"I need solitude.
I need space.
I need air.
I need the empty fields round me;
and my legs pounding along roads; and sleep;
and animal existence."
- Virginia Wolf in her Diary.
This week was about giving and a little about having for me. My time. My writing. This here. My drawings. My reading. I need these things as I need air to breathe.
I am starting the process of coming back to myself but I know I can only do it when I get this time for myself.
