Entry 46/365
Revelation.
From Latin revelare "reveal, uncover, disclose," literally "unveil," from re- "back, again," here probably indicating "opposite of" or transition to an opposite state (see re-) + velare "to cover, veil," from velum "a veil".
God certainly has strange ways to reveal Himself to me. He was never an easy One. Never said much but always interfered in ways I only now can see and understand.
I thank God, for God's wisdom and for having said NO to me so many times. A door closed, a friend lost, a relationship broken. Help at hand or means to concatenate things and work things out even if after a long time to get help.
He revealed Himself to me. He is merciful and He is good to me. He has always been. I am blessed beyond measure from my standpoint, and my standpoint is many times clouded by a lot of things. He sees through it all, He wouldn't be Him if He didn't.
A thousand times I failed and still, His mercy remained.
He revealed Himself to me in the books I read. He is in the all big things but it is in the small things that I see Him moving. I feel His presence. It is then I know He is with me and He has always been.
It is in the small things that He uncovers His love and lets me know: " I am here. I am here."
